Ingredients
4-6 salmon fillets
2 Tbsp. grapeseed oil or olive oil
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
5 Tbsp. Apple Butter Gilling Sauce
Instructions
Heat grill to high heat. Generously coat the flesh side of the salmon fillets with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the salmon, skin side down, over direct high heat with the lid closed for 6-8 minutes. Turn the fillets over, brush with sauce and grill for another 4-5 minutes. Once cooked the skin can be removed. Serve with additional sauce, rice pilaf and broccoli.
